Best low-carb wet food for cats?
I need a canned cat food that has protein and fiber for my constipation prone cat, any suggestions. She eats royal canin dry food now (fiber response)
My male cat is almost 14. I know he is starting kidney problems due to the extra water he drinks at this point. and a bit thinner. lots of energy still. I read they need at least 50% protein, I give him wet and dry which i know is not good, but lots of wet and freeze dried chicken too, vit with dig enzymes. Can you suggest the best Wet high protein food and anything else from Petco?
What should I look for when buying cat food? Blossom likes wet but she occasionally throws up ( especially if it's in gravy or sauce) and Kenwood likes dry but will also eat Blossom's food if available. Right now Blossom is eating Purina Pro Plan and Kenwood is eating Fancy Feast Filet Mignon and w/ seafood and shrimp. Both are inside cats with little to moderate activity . Blossom is 9 years old and Kenwood is 3 1/2. Kenwood is a big black cat and slightly overweight while Blossom is small.
Is purina pro plan kidney function advanced care canned diet as good a prescription kidney diet as royal Canin and hills canned kidney diets? Purina seems to be the one my cat prefers most. Thanks!

I tried Iam (individual portions in plastic containers) she eats it but not so much anymore, tried more caned food... no luck. looking for a urinary tract wet cat food for my very picky 8 year old. will not eat any classic or pate. currently eating purina one urinary tract in gravy. he has the dry food and wont eat it even if I mix them together. does not like the licks either.
