Is it a good choice for a cat who, after being treated by a vet, has diarrhea issues?
- This is a good food. I've used it successfully several times over the years, to help resolve skin or stomach problems. None of my pets need it right now, but one may need it again before long. You might also consider using Benebac gel too.

She is on special diet for sensitive stomach and skin and Hills Science diet dry optimal She has bad dandruff all her life and I groom her Daily she gets advantage flea drops It seems her dandruff is getting is worse She is 11 now.

My cat was almost two he was diagnosed w/FLUTD and had crystals in his urine. He had a perineal urethrostomy after being diagnosed. He was originally on hills science c/d and s/d but that became very expensive. He has been one Purina One urinary tract health dry food for about 1.5 years and has had no urinating issues. I adopted two kittens yesterday who were being fostered in an apartment, eating Purina One kitten formula. One of the kittens is experiencing diarrhea that occurred twice outside the litter box and once inside. I fed them that same Purina One last night and this morning, when it occurred twice, and then fed them a can of N&D wet food, when it occurred once more in the litter box. She seems otherwise fine in play behavior and energy levels.

A couple of internet sites seems to suggest IAMS Proactive Health, Healthy Kittens is ok for adults to gain weight in view of it's extra protein and fat. Is that ok for 8.6 lb female.
