Best low-carb wet food for cats?
I uaed to give fancy feast to my cat but I heard it's not actually very healthy, so what are som good and not too expensive wet food brands?
My senior cat (14) stopped eating his regular dry cat food. I did try a couple new different kinds but he just wanted wet food. Now he seems to bore of that quickly so I have switching up brands. Is there a certain brand/flavor you recomend? I went from Friskies to Iams. Now he is eating Fancy Feast. I just don't know what's best to do.
My cat is a 1&1/2, he started out throwing up the dry food, so I switch him to fancy feast salmon patted. So long period of time he would only throw up like twice a month maybe, I recently switched to 9 lives patted and he was fine for 2 weeks, now today he has throw up 3 times, in other words every time he has eaten. He is not spayed as of yet. Please help, I really don't have the money for taking him in to vet for them to run a lot of expensive tests.
My cat is not eating his wet food since last 2 days, even his favorite (fancy feast salmon pate). He's eating a bit of his grain-free dry food from his timed feeder and drinking water. He got his annual shots from Vetco (fvrcp+felv+dewormer) 3 days ago. He was lethargic 2 days ago but seemed fine yesterday night. Should I take him to the vet?
FreshPet makes a meat pate for cats & dogs. Is it dangerous folr cats to eat the Dog Pate?
my 12 year old cat was recently diagnosed with early stages of kidney disease. i had her eating the dry food from Hills K/D and she was ok with that. Then i moved her to the wet food because she stopped eating the dry. now sheāll eat the wet food for a day or so and then refuses. the only food she never misses a meal is fancy feast pate and blue buffalo healthy gourmet pate. i know commercial food isnāt great, but are either of these foods near the percentile a kidney cat needs?
How much food does my cat need? She is 1 year old, weighs about 7.5 lbs, and runs around outside for several hours every day. I give her 2 cans of fancy feast and a little dry food (NOW or Merrick: both in kitten formula) every day. Her bowl is usually licked clean. Today I opened a 3rd can and she ate a little of it. She is a little on the thin side. I noticed she supplements her diet with any moths she can catch.
I've been feeding my cats Candidae food, dry hairball control kibble and wet food 2x/day. They like the dry, but LOVE the wet. However t's quite expensive and that brand only carries 3 oz cans of wet food which makes calculating feeding amounts difficult. I want to make sure I'm feeding them the best and most cost efficient way. What would you recommend feeding them, and how, and how much? Do their weights (attached photo) seem healthy?
Whatās the best cat food I can give to my cat? Sheās a Bombay and is 2 years, 5 months and she really likes chicken and turkey flavors. I tried Rachel Ray, natural balance and she dosent like there wet food for some reason?
