Good food, but HORRID shipping!

My cat loves this food, (I give the food itself a 5-Star!) but I ordered two cases 9 days ago... it said it generated the shipping label the next day, but it still hasn't been picked up by the carrier a week later! Where is my cat's food???

Ordered a case. Despite it being in date the ones opened were dry and cats refused to eat. They didn't look good quality, not very smooth and compared to other canned foods looked like they'd shrunk a lot. Dark edges. Wouldn't buy this or let your pet near it
