I want to crate train my 1 year old dog. I bought a "medium" crate for her , shes 25 lbs - aussie/dashund mix so shes kind of long shaped. The measurments on the box are for a dog even taller/wider than mine... but the crate doesnt really seem big enough for her to turn around in (unless she kind of squirmed up into a circle). Do you think I need to buy a larger crate? Why does the size on the box say its good for the dog's size.. / ?

My dog had a cancer spot removed on his lower front leg 14 days ago, the removal ended up being larger than vet thought and skin had too much tension so put in tension cuts. Today they removed stitches and now he has a large gaping open hole on leg, he cannot lay down comfortablly and is limping. The hole shows the muscle and he is uncomfortable what can I do for him

My situation is-I live in 1BHK rented house. The dog cannot be much barking as per landlord. I'm a first time dog owner. I'm a student, so I'll be raising the dog on my money. Average temp in our area is 35°C. Vet is outside our city, so frequent visits are not possible. I want the dog to be cuddly (plz). The dog will be left alone for 8 hours daily, for 5 days a week. There is a rounded lump under my dog's right eye, a little less than the size of his cheek. It seems to have appeared overnight and is stiff but soft on top. He doesnt seem to have been bitten or stung. He becomes upset when i try to take a look at it, won't let me lift his fur up to see the skin underneath. He is 14 years old and a medium-sized Shepherd/Terrier mix, not experiencing any fatigue or noticeable health concerns other than the lump. Apologies for the terrible pictures!
