Do you have a recommended dental chew bite brand for dogs? For fresh breath
Giving my 1 year old cat doxyciline 100 mg liquid form. Wondering about the effect this has on his gi tract and gut flora, would a probiotic or digestive enzyme help mixed in his food help while on this antibiotic? Thank you.
Hello! I want to give my kitty probiotics with her antibiotics and after the course as well . I have one that has only lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacteruim longus ( 5 billion cfu each ) is this enough to help her ? Or is it better to get something with more strains ? Also , is it true that it's best to give in between meals because they get destroyed in stomach acids ? (I am not interested in fortiflora or other commonly prescribed reccs ,,Thank you !!
My cats breath smells horrible, what can I do to freshen her breath.
Can you tell me the best stuff to use for bad breath? I bought nature promise fresh dental gel for my dogs. Is this safe and good to use? I also want something to clean their teeth?
Hi! I have an 8 month old kitten and ive recently noticed that her breath stinks a bit and I want to take care of her dental health. So I recently tried the greenies treats to help to prevent any possible future plague or tartar build up. I tried to brush her teeth but that failed. Artemis didn't even want to try the chicken flavored toothpaste. Are greenies effective for dental health? what Would you recommend to maintain her dental health? Are water additives effective for dental heath?
Dental oral care...which products to use? Was suggested OralVet, as its the one which digests in the dogs stomach is swallowed in big chunks. but not readily available in most stores. Is there a comparable product readily available, safe and easily digested?
I have been giving my 20-year-old cat Proviable for many months now. I got it from my vet when I brought her in for her diarrhea and he gave her Flagyl and told me to give the Proviable to her for a month. I couldn't get the Flagyl down her but was able to mix the Proviable in her food and that worked. Will giving her Proviable help to alleviate her diarrhea (as she still has it) and it has been a long time now, about a year.?
I have a cat that is having problems eating hard food. I’ve been feeding him canned cat food several times a day instead. I hear a grinding sound when he eats. About eight months ago I had two teeth extracted from his mouth. Is it possible that there’s a problem with them growing back? I have clyndamycin 150 mg capsules and was going to give him some in case he has an infection that’s causing pain but I don’t know how much to give.
My feline may have the corona virus. My question is, would a probiotic be ok for her? Is there anything else Holistically we can do for here?
My cat suffers from stomatitis for almost 3 years. We are thinking about tooth extraction. Please consult what treatment must be taken before the procedure? Do we need to bring down bacteria and inflammation? Thanks in advance.
What would be the best wet dog food for her weighing 3.3 lbs. 4 years and has Periodontal desease? And can I purchase at Petco or Petsmart? Thank you
