It has a small dog breed pictured on the bag. Is this for medium and large dogs aswell?

- No. The Purina "Veterinary Diet" line - including "OM" (overweight management) - is available by veterinary prescription only. Because of the way OM is formulated, it really needs veterinary oversight to make sure your dog isn't losing weight too quickly/is still receiving a balanced meal. The Purina ProPlan line does not need a prescription. Weight Management is intended to help dogs that have already lost weight, maintain their weight (although it can be used as a weight loss recipe in some cases).

How many calories in a cup of the Pro Plan weight control
- There's approximately 334 kcaal/cup. (But they sure don't make it easy to find that information on the package). I also factor in a couple of healthy snacks in the afternoon. Gravy-flavored milkbones are her favorite and they're 75cal each. I also make her frozen treats of peanut butter and no-fat Greek yogurt to help her stay cool in the summer. Those are about 75-100 cal each. It all adds up!
