Started buying pro-plan shredded beef and rice for 70lb dog in 35 and 45lb for 3 yrs until I bought a 15lb out of necessity that was fresher with more shredded beef. Do your larger bags contain a different mix that goes stale?
Is there really garlic oil in the food as it says on the ingredients list? Bc isn’t garlic oil toxic to dogs? Causes anemia and liver damage. Causing drooling vomiting seizures. So tell me this is a typo???
Can I do repeat savings but pick it up at store?

- Hi - the dry food does have poultry by product meal as a source of glucosamine. Whether that poultry is chicken or not, I cannot say. I do think my dog has a bit of sensitivity to chicken, but he does really well on this food. It also has dried egg product. The canned beef and rice does contain chicken. I hope this helps!

What is the size of food? I need small bites because my dog had her teeth pulled.
- My small beagle had trouble with the regular Savor. I found Small Bites Beef and Rice for her, and she likes it a lot. It also has small shredded pieces in it which she eats like treats. HTH
