Hi- our cat was very injured last week and she is coming home from the hospital tomorrow. We got her a "cage" so when we are gone, her brother doesn't lick her wounds or take off her bandages. I am looking to find a background for the cage that will calm her down, instead of just a white wall. Do you know what pictures calm cats down? Thanks!
I am going to purchase a cat bed for my cat soon, I wanted to take a proffesional's advise on where to place my cat bed (please look at attached photos). My cat's favourite place to nap and relax is either the bed or the cat tree, recently the bed more. When shes not napping, she spends time at the kitchen window watching birds and people walking. Otherwise she's playing and running around with her toys.
How can I help my cats urinary blockage
Cat urinary track infection
How do I prove my cat has anxiety without going to the doctor
My cat has a serious and obsessive scratching behavior. I have tried EVERYTHING. She is neutered, tried ALL TYPES OF SCRATCHING POSTS/MATS, tried deterrent sprays, covering the area she scratches, ect. She has an issue scratching the carpet of my home specifically in all the corners. I have covered them all except one because she moves what is covering it. She has ripped up my carpet and she will literally sit there for HOURS scratching when I'm not around! She is doing it for fun! Please help!
I had my cat spayed Saturday i noticed she has licked her incision a little bit i bought a collar but she fought till shw had it kicked off with her back feet do uhave any suggetions
My kitten likes to scratch my wooden chair, doors, and occasionally the door frames. I bought her a wooden cat scratcher with catnip and all she does is bite, sleeps, and lays on it. Do you have any recommendations on what would be a good scratching post? Sisal rope, Sisal carpet, and etc?
I have a 13 year old cat who for the past 3 years has shown signs of depression and grief over the death of her brother of 10 years without getting better. I need help with how to help her.
I have a 3 yr old cat that has become more and more scared of things like noise, small changes in routine, being by herself; cranky, hisses for no reason; upset over having her claws trimmed, were able to get 2 paws done at a time, now 2 claws at a time; hates burrito wrapping; almost bitten me then apologized like she knew she did wrong. We've raised her from about a month old. Found outside at about a week old on 4th of july weekend. 3 homes before getting here. Vdt prescribed prozac w/o tests
I have a 4 year old spayed cat who has been urinating outside of her litter box on and off for 3 years. It started when the dog she was raised with passed, then got worse after she was attacked by a dog. She’s been on fluoxetine and it kinda helped but she’s been making more messes. I’m trying diffusers once they get here. Went to vet last week and he wasn’t helpful and didn’t even examine her. I’m at a loss on what else could be wrong or what else I can do to help. Any suggestions help!
