What would be the best tools for grooming a short haired dog (Amstaff)?
I bought a Furminator for short haired dogs after my girl's bath earlier this week. She's starting to shed due to the change in weather. Though, I've noticed some complications with her fur. The hair on her lower back and shoulders comes out easily, which is great! However, the hair on her mid back is more coarse/rough and takes more effort to comb. Is there something wrong? Do I need a specific shampoo to make it softer? What should I do? Pics: 1. Her entire back. 2. Soft fur. 3. Rough fur.
I am trying to find a grooming brush that would help me with my corgis. I don’t want something that will pull too much fur, I don’t want something that will hurt them. I do have a grooming glove but it doesn’t work as good as I thought.
Help grooming my new puppy! I bought multiple brushes : wire brush, steel comb, and a regular brush (similar to a human hairbrush). What are each of the brushes used for? Should I use them in a specific order? When grooming, he thinks the brush is a toy and tries to bite at it. If he has a toy he’s playing with, I am able to brush him but since he’s not still it’s hard to do. How do I train him to allow me to brush him or give him a bath?
Need gromming store for my cat
I have a long haired elderly maincoon/tabby mix with mats all over his body because he is too overweight to reach them and honestly doesnt even try. Is there some product we can use to help him out? Shedding brushes are useless at this point and we've nearly resorted to a professional groomer.

We have a 10 yr old BIG cat (23 lbs) who is in need of major grooming. He has thick clumps all over his back. Because of his size, he can't reach them. It's a big job, but the cat is very gentle. Is this a possibility for one of your cat groomers?
Dr. Hinson, what about the brand Oxyfresh or brushless toothpaste? Either of those any good? Btw, I ordered some Allivet stuff you showed me it’s supposed to arrive today. Both my bubba and Mia have really bad dander. If I brush them, it comes out in handfuls.
My mixed breed,,part Carolina and part Belgium malinois constantly sheds. I've done everything,, Inc,, giving him Olive oil,, Foster and Smith oil,, bathing him with oatmeal dog shampoo and conditioner. I brush him daily and still an unbelievable amount of fur. Dr. Amber Hinson with pet coach suggested Renu Plex Plus shampoo for Mange. When I shampoo with this shampoo does it bring mites to surface of skin. Wondering if I should groom before applying. Definitely dont want to agrevate mites prior to me shaving then down.
