I love the cage. Perfect size for my 10 parakeets. They have plenty of room to move around now, and the mama birds will no longer kill the eggs that they lay. Only issue that I had was with the assembly instructions. They were absolutely terrible. I had to figure out how to assemble the cage all on my own, but otherwise great product.

This is probably the best cage for smaller birds for the price. We joined two together with a little handiwork and now have a cage over six feet long! Anyone with budgies, cockatiels, conures, etc. will love this cage.

Great value, read the reviews it was for me super easy to assemble, did it by myself and the help of 3 tye wraps to hold the sides in place while I put the top on. Took less than an hour, ours had on shipping damage and all part included. The birds love it.

very large cage, easy to put together with two people. the box was in terrible shape when it arrived but the cage inside was in very good shape. we only needed to straighten out two bent bars. plenty of doors to access the inside of the cage and my four parakeets are very comfortable and seem happy! great value for the money!

This cage is awsome! It was easy to assemble but it did require a second pair of hands to hold parts while I put the screws in. Make sure you measure your space first because this cage is HUGE! Bottom tray arrived cracked but customer service was excellent. Would definitely buy again.

Excellent price for the size! Definitely enough room as a day cage for my Dusky Conure. There's enough room to make a great interactive sections throughout the cage and still have hidden snacks to make your bird have to use their foraging skills.

Is this sturdy enough that a couple cats could be in it a couple hours for fresh air?

We think it would do well for that. Just to make sure, check the latches to make sure it is secured well. We have 4 parakeets in ours and since it has wheels we roll it outside so they get fresh air.

Is this a good cage for birds like Quaker Parakeets? My bird likes to destroy everything that their beck comes in contact with. I’m afraid that my bird will bend the bars.

I have a Indian Ringneck in mine chews and bites the bars but he can't bend the bars this is a great cage he can even stretch his wings in this cage...

Not to sure what you mean exactly by, "BETWEEN each bar, or center of one bar to center of next", but the bars are 1/2" apart, from bar to bar. Im gonna guess you are probably under the impression that the bars are thicker (in diameter) than what they actually are. To give you a better idea for comparison, they are about the same size as an uncooked spaghetti noodle. So however you wanna look at it, center to center or bar to bar, its the same pretty much. Also, if you are going to be keeping any small animals in the cage other than a bird, make sure to check the bars every now and then for any bent ones because they do get bent easily! I found that out when I noticed my sugar gliders running around in my kitchen! Great cage though, I was surprised how big it was and cant beat the price!!!!!! Definitely worth the $171.....

Yes, this is a very nice cage for cockatiels. They still need time out of the cage, of course, as it's a cage and not an aviary, but this is a great cage size for this price. :]
