Directions a bit hard to figure out but once I found them online I was able to enlarge the details. Otherwise good cage worth the sale price I got it at.

Nice cage, apron and pan dented. The pan dents are hidden by paper and the apron dents are hidden as I placed that damaged part in the rear so it is not noticed. Otherwise, cage is good. Strange they include a paint brush to touch up the paint but failed to send touch-up paint

Well built, great color, wish it came without damage. The bottom pan has denting along the bottom of the pan where it was welded. At least the paper in the pain covers the damage. The apron has 2 pieces that were bent too, still able to assemble but the apron on the corner does not look like the others, it is sticking out slightly. I like the grate and door have the safety piece that prevents opening until you swivel is out of the way. My bird is working this cage and seems happy. Sage is a great color. Weird fact, they sent me a small paint brush for touch ups but no paint.

I shouldn't even give it one star, but that is the least Petco offered. My two parrot cages were ordered and a delivery date was given. The day before the delivery date I checked the delivery date on two separate sites on Petco. One still listed the delivery for the next day and the other said my orders were at the warehouse. After numerous calls, disconnects, and a promise that a supervisor (who was unavailable) would return my phone call within 24-48 hours, I called again after that time period. Disconnect again - finally talked to a supervisor - my order was out of stock! Not ordered at all. Will not do business with Petco again!

Absolutely an amazing cage except for one thing..the seed guard on the bottom is useless..first of all you have to bend it in place to put it on...the most important thing is once it's on,the seeds go right to the floor anyway as there is a gap between the guard and the cage on the bottom..so we unscrewed the guard and right in the box the catcher went ...the cage itself is great..color is pretty and my red head Amazon loves the top playpen... plenty of room for my small Amazon... please come up with a better seed catcher...I needed the catcher but not with this cage...

I bought the large cage for my two cockatiels and they absolutely love it! There is plenty of space, the only thing that isn’t great is that sometimes the food doors get stuck.

I bought this cage for a rescue conure. It was fast and easy to put together. I love the play top. How ever when my husband got the last panel out it was broken. Petco’s customer service was wonderful. They ordered a new one and I received it in days! Petco and Prevue stand behind the product and make it right! I only wish I would have ordered the next size up it is a little smaller than what I wanted. But still a nice cage!

Can you leave the playpen off? If so, what is on the roof of the cage?
do you have any cages with 1/2 bar spacing, it will be for English Budgies or will 3/4 be okay??
- I would recommend something smaller than 3/4. My cockatiels have a small bit of difficulty walking around in this cage.

Can seed guard be left off?
- Yes. It’s four sides that you assemble around the cage. You can leave it off if you chokes, although it’s very helpful with containing messes.

is the medium size large enough for a. green cheeked conure?
- I have a green cheek! She’s in a cage exactly the size of the small cage, with plenty of room for her to move around! However, there’s no such thing as a cage TOO large for any bird. Just check to make sure the bars are around 5/8” or 3/4”. If they’re too wide apart, nosy birds can get their heads stuck in between the bars. Green cheeks need smaller spacing between the bars because they’re smaller conures!
