We have a cockatiel and he love it ,plus it is so easy to clean for the price it worth it all ,we have had it for 14 years it build great .

The sides slide in making the cage seem flimsier than others. The food bowls are tall and skinny, like cans, making it tricky for my bird to eat and drink. Wish I would have spent extra and purchased a better quality cage, but for the sale price and promo code it's okay.

bought this for my caique...its huge and he so loves it. pretty easy to put together..except the very top playgym thing...took awhile figuring that out. My cage arrived with some damage and one side panel missing the door latch for the feed cup...no worries just called foster smith and they had the replacement parts expedited via fedex. the cage itself is very nice...cleaning is a breeze...just wipes right off..food..poop.. i will say as others have commented the skirt does not really latch onto the cage but sort of hugs it. I just run the vacumn hose over that part once a week. Overall a great purchase for us and Louie loves it.

This is my second Prevue cage & it’s great! It is quite easy to put together. I like how the overall height is lower so I can reach & clean the playtop easily.

I purchased this for my green cheek conure. This was my first cage purchase is about 10 years (last one was for a cockatiel). The assembly was easy, though I did have someone to help, which made it very quick as I didn't have to do odd things to keep some things up while screwing other things in etc. One part of the cage was slightly bent when it arrived, but it did not impact the functionality of the cage. And I was mostly able to bend it back into place. There was also a missing screw to help secure one of the sides. However, with all the others assembled and the pressure the rest of the cage does, it didn't impact security. Drs. Fosters and Smith's customer service offered to send me a replacement, but I didn't think it warranted it. I really love the separation space between the grate and the bottom pan. My cockatiel's cage does not have this, and if there's any crease in the paper that enables them to pull at the paper, they will do so. The grate also has a mechanism to help secure it from sliding. It looks like as long as I don't lose it (it can come completely off), it may last better than the thin little sliding notch that does the same thing for my cockatiels' cage which is starting to fall apart--granted it is old. The play stand at the top is very nice. My conure loves to sit there with some treats while I work in the room and can't have her on me or am not staying stationary long enough to move her to a standalone play stand nearby. I may end up buying her a bigger, similar one sometime, as well as a new cage of my cockatiels based on how much I love the design of this one. She's out of her cage most of the time that I am not at work, but she moves a lot more than my cockatiels so something bigger might be more advantageous when I'm not around.

This is an excellent cage for my African Grey Parrot. It's a good size, easy to put together (with two people) and my guy loves it. He has plenty of room to climb, and lots of toys will hang. It's also easy to keep clean.

I am extremely pleased with this cage. It is well constructed and durable it is good looking it is very easy to clean with the pull out drawers on top and bottom everything on and about this cage is very high quality. My son put it together so I can't speak to that but I did assemble the playground in no time flat. The only problem I had was with the inside perch. The notches were so big that they did not fit firmly on the cage bars and since the cage bars are horizontal instead of vertical it would slide very easily which of course upset the bird but I was able to modify the perch so that it did not slide easily. My bird is a Janday conure and it is plenty large for him.

My birds love it. They now have lots of room.I purchased it for my parrot; but now have two parakeets in it too. I had to assemble it by myself which was quite a project. I am very happy with the cage. It is chocolate and matches my decor.
