Can I take a shower with a Amazon Parrot? What temperature range water is safe? Do I need to give them a cuttle cone? What to chew one? How often do I have to take them for beak/wing/nail trim? What size cage? It would probably be out a lot because I am home most every day. Only gone on Fridays. I want a bird that can do almost everything with me and not too small. About a medium bird? My 8month old alexandrine parakeet is losing his leg grip while climbing height
I'm looking to get this cage. The chart says it's good for two guinea pigs, which I have. In the comments a lot of people say their two guinea pigs were happy. But I just wanted to be sure. I'm thinking about getting this cage and then getting another later on to attach to it and expand it. What do you think? I'm stuck with a large rabbit cage and I know I need to get them something better so that's why I'm looking at this one.
What toys are the best for parakeets
What can I do for a 2 year old male parakeet that is puffed up, sleeping alot, bobbing tail with each breath, and seems harrassed by another male parakeet when he eats? Also he lives in my room with me in a basement that has no windows but lots of artificial light. My finances cannot cover taking him to see a vet
My parakeet is stretching its neck with it's beak open repeatedly for no apparent reason. It's feces have a green discoloration and it also is spending lots of time at the bottom of it's cage
I have a 22 year old Timneh African Grey parrot. I have used Harrison's pellets medium size in the past. It has been discontinued. My parrot won't eat the fine size and drops the large size into water. I need suggestions of what else to use.
