Its to small no cornors for hiding I would not get this cage

This is the very worst type of cage for any bird. It's restrictive in that the bird can't exercise its wings. A round cage is a bad idea. A bird needs to fly from perch to perch.

I bought one and it is too small for my 2 birds they are small nirds but there is no room to fly.

I have a smaller Fife canary in the cage I bought and I'm very happy with it. My canary has enough room to exercise and the cage holds in the mess I usu ally have to clean in just one day. I like the way the feeders are attached and can be accessed from the outside. It's also a nice looking cage and very easy to clean. I wouldn't recommend this cage for a hookbill or anything other than the smaller finches (two at the most in this cage) or one of the smaller canaries (just one). Overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

Round cages have been shown to cause psychological problems in birds because they can't find a corner when startled. This is also way too small for anything to live in.

This cage does not allow the the bird inside to stretch its wings properly (meaning it hits the sides of the cage causing the feathers to become ragged looking) nor does it allow a lot of flight space even if your bird has clipped wings. Because some birds, like budgerigars fly horizontally this cage is not an ideal flight cage either. Birds can also get stuck where the bars begin to meet (which is what happened to Yogurt, my budgie several years ago). These cages are a pain in the button to clean too. You must pop of the lid and reach inside with a towel and scrub around the cage. Another con of this cage is that it is incredibly hard to add any enrichmention to the cage. Because of its cylindrical shape it is difficult to clip food, toys, cuttlebones, etc.

I needed an extra cage to put my budgies in while I deep cleaned the cage, this was probably bigger than I needed, but the price was right. However, I found the assembly directions to be quite vague, and I got it together, but it's a little off.

I really like the cages very much and my Canaries really do well in them after I received the first one I ordered 2 more very happy with them and seeds don't get all over less cleaning
