One screw installed poorly so that even when screwed in tightly to the pole, the screw in the bed wobbled and therefore the bed is totally unsafe.

I bought this tree specifically because it was the tallest one I found made of real carpet. I needed to replace a faux fur tower that was taller but impossible to keep clean. This was easy to put together and the perches are quite spacious for my cats to lounge. Downsides: it’s meant to fit in a corner but the perches make it so it doesn’t snugly fit the wall. Mine also wobbles a bit - likely because it can’t hug the wall like it should. I’ve had it a week and it still is giving off a smell (like off gassing new carpet. It’s dissipating but noticeable). Cats are using it. Just wish the perches had a straight edge to better fit against the wall.

I haven't even had this 3 months, and it is about to fall apart. I have one cat, 11 pounds, who just jumps from one small platform to the top one. The small one is about to break off now. I've never had such a cheaply made cat tower, so at $200 this one is beyond disappointing. I will never buy this brand again.

Easy to assemble. Within a day my cats owned this tree.

Got this a couple days ago, this will be my seventh cat tree purchase. I need something in the basement for my maine coons to replace a smaller tree First off, assembly is a breeze, easiest tree I've put together since it comes partially assembled. Once everything is nice and tight, it is very study. Carpet does seem a tad cheap, time will tell. Cats seemed to like it right out of the box, they even ignored the box. No obnoxious smells.

Easy to assemble, and made of good quality materials. My cats love it!

The carpet is a nice quality. The color is more grey than beige but still neutral. Easy to assemble. Althought the base is 2x2ft, the cat perches stick out farther.
