I bought 3 of these for a few of my cats. I chose it because it had a lot of area for my cats to climb or sit, & also a place for them to hide if they wanted to. This is a very nice quality cat tree. I personally would rather they make the tower legs out of bare wood & not cover them with carpet. That is the first area that gets ripped off once you have had this for a while. The sisal part on the tower leg is alright. My cats use that a lot too, & have not worn it out yet. I have one in my heated garage where I have a couple cats & they love sitting on it to look out the window & sleep. Base is well made which keeps it from tipping over easily. If you have room for this, it is a great tree house for your cat. Fits nicely in a corner too!

Wow. This was advertised as sturdy enough for Maine Coon cats. I have one large cat but nothing like a Maine. And two others. It is very very sturdy and much larger than I anticipated. Guess I should have measured!! But oh my goodness, it came almost all assembled. That was a husband pleaser to be sure. The three "boys" love it and have tried out all the areas on it. The girl, not yet, but I'm hoping she will come around. She is a former feral and still shy of the newer boys. THANK YOU PETCO. And thanks for the quick delivery.

cats love it, carpet has a strong smell so they would not go near it at first and carpet is a bit thin, all assembled, great value compared to others

Carpet is very cheap! One I have is so much better quality than this is and at least a foot and and a half taller. Bought for my 2 older Ragdolls thinking they'd like less height. They did not like it at all. Not sure if it was not tall enough for them or if they did not like the cheap smelling carpet so sent it back.

What does this prestige cat tower weigh? Is it completely assembled? One piece?

Shopping weight is 90 lbs. It is not assembled but honestly it's a 5 minute assembly time. Very very easy to assemble. I've had mine for two years now and it's fantastic. We have a 16 lb siamese snowshoe and it easily handles him. Extremely sturdy and the best cat tree I've ever owned. All hard wood not composite.
