I bought this a week ago. For four days it was great. On day five, I ran outside when my dog screeching in pain. Her neck had burn marks, melted skin, and fur sloughing off. She was nowhere near the boundary. She’s a forty pound dog, and I had the collar set to the small dog setting. There’s no excuse for this.

It's rechargeable so no batteries to buy just simply plug it in. I didn't time it however it didn't take horribly long to charge. The Screen is bold and bright easy to see, easy to use. The warning beep is bold and clear. Honestly the whole experience was painless and simple even for me! Im Thankful to Premier Pet, and Influencer for a chance to receive and review this collar.
