[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My pets took this easily with no fuss so it's a plus! Doesn't make as much noise as my other fountain machine so I really appreciate it. Easy to clean but needs to keep up with it as with Florida weather and water it just isnt hygenic to leave it unattended for a long time. Can hold a lot of water. For a 50lbs dog and 13lbs cat it can last for 2-3 days if my dog just lounge around. If he runs a lot then it needs top up more often but that's a given.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dogs absolutely love this water fountain, they have a bowl outside and this one inside, but they have started to only want the fountain water! They do make a bit of a mess because it's not quite deep enough but that's nothing a few towels can't fix. I really love this water fountain bowl and I hope they make an even bigger size as my dogs do go through this one in about a day and a half, so the capacity is small for two large dogs.

Is this supposed to make noise? My other fountains were pretty silent, but this one makes a low noise like the engine is working hard. This was pretty inexpensive so I'm just not sure if that's normal or if I have a defective one.

Though it is normal for fountains to make slight operational sound, if the sound seems very noticeable this could mean the water level is too low, or the pump may need to be disassembled and cleaned.
