Still haven’t received order. Said delayed for holiday orders

As an open box item this was not a true reflection of the true use/quality of the product. It did not fit my vehicle but parts that were worn did not adjust properly. Overall the item was well thought out and good quality but very disappointed in receiving this previously used/worn item. The ordering, shipping and return were great and will not be an issue for me as a Petco shopper

EXTREMELY LOW QUALITY. I purchased 2, and both broke during assembly. It is not in any way designed to last or withstand a dog leaning against it, etc.

For the price this should have been THE BEST barrier, but it is the worst! Right out of the box I had issues. This poorly manufactured junk from China would not go together without some major finessing on my part. My fault for thinking it would go together with no problems and waited to put together the night before our trip. I would of taken this back and figured something else out. But I didn't have that luxury. When I finally got it together with the aid of a dead blow mallet and some serious tweaking, I started to assemble the adjustable legs to main assembly. While I was able to fully insert one leg in the other one came nowhere close to full insertion. I had to cut off at least 7" to get this thing to fit inside the vehicle. The thumb screws are a joke. Can't turn these by hand, had to use pliers for the extra leverage to get these to turn, and then I was afraid of stripping them out. As for the door on this thing, let's just say I used zip ties (6 in fact) to keep the door in place. It kept falling out due to poor design or fit up or both! I expect the adjustable feet will probably fail at some point in the future. It did work, and it did fit our Hyundai Palisade. But what a hassle! For the price, I shouldn't have had to do all that I did!

Worst. Maybe worth the box it came in? The material was cheap and was not able to adjust the screws in order to keep it together because of quality of the material. So frustrating.

Just purchased and installed. Feels sturdy and dog was in back for a bit with no issues. However, the shortest it goes is way too long. I have a 2017 Kia Sorrento, decent SUV size. not even a small SUV. I had to cut the pole with pipe cutter at least 4 inches or so. Not sure how it is universal size. Otherwise works well.

Does the job but could be more stabile so you didn't have to have it right against the seat to make it sturdy

Two of the plastic sleeves holding the screws that tighten the adjustable legs, were stripped. Not adjustable- piece of junk. My barrier also did not have door. May have been mistake by Petco. Will no longer use them or buy your products.
