The Pondmaster 1700 Pond Filtration System is a complete pond filtering system designed for ponds up to 1250 gallons in size. Includes all tubing and fittings to configure the filtering sytem, along with bonus fountain heads. A Pondmaster 1000 filter connects to a 700 GPH Pondmaster Magnetically-Driven pump to create a submersed pond filter system that effectively filters up to a 1250 gallon pond.

Questions
I purchased this filter from Petco, however the replacement pads are not available at Petco. Why would you expect your customers to go search and shop for replacement items at other stores when I do all my pets shopping at Petco?
I need replacement filters for this filter system. I cannot find it on your website. I currently use a white pre-filter and a black carbon filter. They are 12 inches square.

I have a pond in with my water dragon with a activated carbon filter. Is it safe for him to drink? I also used a water conditioner from petco. He is very lethargic and not eating.
I just purchased Imagitarium Ammonia-Reducing filter media cubes from Petco and there are no instructions for how to use. I have a problem with parrot fish tank , when after water change I used 1000mg erythromycin for prevention to fungus and bacterial infection for parrot fish , so i today mistakenly not running filter and heater ,after that I seeing that in a large quantities white micro parasitic or bacteria type in tank in a free swimming stage swim all over tank though what I do that in this condition please help me ?

I have recently used medication in my 50 gal freshwater fish tank with one 22 year old comet goldfish in it . the meds cured my fish but must have killed my beneficial Bacteria as now my established tank has been going through another nitrogen cycle. It's been four weeks now the ammonia us back to zero so is nitrite zero BUT my nitrates are now spiked about 80 and the water is cloudy. Did 2 partial water changes over the last 8 days. Will a UV sterilizer help ?? Please advise. Thanks Lina
So today I went to feed my fish when i noticed white specs all over the filter where the water dispenses the filtered water back into the water I think it is mold but please help me out here because I am no expert
Two of the fish fins are clamping down close to their body. I did 75% water change and hopefully they will get better. I do not have the water testing kit. Will buy soon. Is there any ways to get them better? I could see some of their scales are off. They sometimes don’t swim, they just stay there and let the water flow move them. I’m getting air stone soon. Do I need VERY strong filter for them? (It’s little filter) two of them is sometimes going up to surface?
