The Pondmaster 1700 Pond Filtration System is a complete pond filtering system designed for ponds up to 1250 gallons in size. Includes all tubing and fittings to configure the filtering sytem, along with bonus fountain heads. A Pondmaster 1000 filter connects to a 700 GPH Pondmaster Magnetically-Driven pump to create a submersed pond filter system that effectively filters up to a 1250 gallon pond.

Questions
I purchased this filter from Petco, however the replacement pads are not available at Petco. Why would you expect your customers to go search and shop for replacement items at other stores when I do all my pets shopping at Petco?
I need replacement filters for this filter system. I cannot find it on your website. I currently use a white pre-filter and a black carbon filter. They are 12 inches square.

I have a pond in with my water dragon with a activated carbon filter. Is it safe for him to drink? I also used a water conditioner from petco. He is very lethargic and not eating.
I just purchased Imagitarium Ammonia-Reducing filter media cubes from Petco and there are no instructions for how to use. So I've been thinking about getting an axolotl, but I'm a bit confused as I've never had any type of aquarium. My question is: I've been told to get an Aquaclear 50 HBO filter (plus a sponge one for extra bio media), and to slow the flow by placing plants and things under it. But this specific model's slowest flow is 250 l/h, which might be too little for a 90l tank. But if I set it up to 370 or so (which I find would be the best), the flow might be too strong for the axie! Any solutions? <3
I have recently used medication in my 50 gal freshwater fish tank with one 22 year old comet goldfish in it . the meds cured my fish but must have killed my beneficial Bacteria as now my established tank has been going through another nitrogen cycle. It's been four weeks now the ammonia us back to zero so is nitrite zero BUT my nitrates are now spiked about 80 and the water is cloudy. Did 2 partial water changes over the last 8 days. Will a UV sterilizer help ?? Please advise. Thanks Lina
