When your fish are feeling a little blue and stressed out, you don't want to just sprinkle any old salt in their pond! That's where PondCare Pond Salt comes in - it's not your average table salt or rock salt, no sir! This all-natural sea salt is specially formulated to improve fish gill function and reduce stress. You see, when fish are going through tough times (like we all do), their gill function gets disrupted and they can lose important electrolytes. Yikes! But with Pond Salt, those essential electrolytes are restored, giving your fish the boost they need to swim on strong.

I accidentally bought ich x for saltwater. I’m wondering if I can use it in my freshwater tank?
Will a salt bath remove or kill encysted black spots from parasites on a wild caught minnow? Will the salt harm the minnow? What dosage should be used for how long in a small treatment container (not the main tank).
I bought aquarium salt for my betta fish. How many times should I do a water change for his treatment?
I just purchased imagitarium aquarium salt for my betta. I have never used aquarium salt before and It says on the label that I can combine it with sprinkling in a little bit of food once a day. Does this mean it is safe to add the salt in with my fish in the tank? What process should I take so he doesn't become overwhelmed? Also does this help prevent/get rid of fin rot? Thank you!

My pond goldfish had swim bladder issues so has been inside for 6 weeks. He was pretty active and I brought in another to keep him company. Since Feb 1st, he is at the bottom, eating a bit especially when I drop it right in from of him. No external signs of any disease that I can seen. Nitrites are high as tank is cycling. I am adding Prime, aquarium salt (1 gram) and 30% water changes. Nitrite converting bacteria is establishing now. Any thought on what it could be and what to do? Thank you
I’ve had a couple African dwarf frogs die and was recommended to treat with aquarium salt for the remaining frogs. I have 2 mystery snails in the tank and was wondering if aquarium salt is safe for them. I also have a betta and guppies in the tank.
I have a pond in with my water dragon with a activated carbon filter. Is it safe for him to drink? I also used a water conditioner from petco. He is very lethargic and not eating.
Is hydrogen peroxide safe to use on aquarium fish
Goldfish with swollen side. I read that it might be able to be treated with epsom salt. Did not want to do without checking on the accuracy first.
Are these steps good for this fish's wound and finrot? Part of the fish fin fell off but it is okay now. We're planning to quarantine him and use aquarium salt. Is there any last minutes subs for the salt? Tomorrow is Christmas so the stores will be closed, and we need to help him asap. so.. Are these steps good and are there any last minute subs?
