Horrible product. My cat chewed off the tails and swallowed them. If she needs surgery, a lawsuit will follow. This product should never have been produced. This was a known possibility that this could happen. It says a lot about a company that says they are pet friendly, scientific based products but they are not safe for your pet to play with, but are non the less still sold to make a profit back instead of discontinuing said rubber products. This company chooses money over pet safety.

It’s an alright toy, but when my cat finally decided to start playing with it, he decided to chew the head off and swallow it right in front of me, I knew immediately I needed to throw it away. A vet trip later and I can’t say it’s worth it.
It would be a bit different if the material was heartier and could actually take a beating.

I bought these two weeks ago for my 1 and 2 year old cats and I came home today and both the tails were gone. I'm hoping this toy isn't toxic and my boys will be okay. I do not recommend. Too high of a risk ingesting this product.

Please keep in mind that supervision is always most important during playtime! I assure you that we do extensive research and testing for all of our toys, so we have thoroughly tested this toy and have even made some changes to it based on feedback we received to make it more durable. These toys are non-toxic if swallowed. Just keep an eye on your boys to make sure the tails pass.

Highly Dangerous To Your Cat!

The tail was bitten off the first day but I took the broken piece away. By the third day, our cat had bitten another large piece off and swallowed it while we were not home. Luckily she vomited it out in three different places in the house and seems to have recovered.
This is a terribly designed toy because of how soft and easy it is for an animal to pull apart... and because it is "realistic" the cat eats its prey but in this case is indigestible and can lead them to choke or die from impacted bowels. Do not purchase! The company has other products but this one should be recalled immediately.

My cat had no interest in this toy for months and then recently he went crazy over it. I noticed today that since yesterday he chewed the head off and had an ant exposed. I wasn't sure if this was still safe to play and came to read all the reviews about how dangerous these toys are! So glad I came to check. Too bad these are so hazardous because my cat loves it now. Like many have said cats are quick and it takes a second for it to be possibly ingested and not have enough time to react and grab hold of. I panicked when I couldn't find the head but eventually found it.

Don’t buy!!! My cat who never eats toys decided to eat the WHOLE lizard. This toy is too realistic and is a huge hazard!!!
