It's fine, but certainly not great
I ordered the black one, but received a white one? So that's first.
It's good. I ordered this one thinking it may be more cat friendly with its wide pool, but they still don't use it. My dog liked my old one better where there was a spout of water. And in this one the water gets dirty faster, so the filter is not that good. You also have to keep it filled to the top, so that's kind of high maintenance. It's fine. But it's certainly not great.

Love the ceramic - love the fountain
We got this one- it was half the price of the white ceramic one. We previously had the stainless steel Pioneer Pet Big Max for many years. The design is better than the one we had. We have 5 cats and 2 large dogs. They all love it. It does seem to run a little louder than our last one though.

Good fountain
This fountain is easy to clean. It has a better design than the previous one we had. It was made by the same company. This one forces the water through the filter so the pump gets less stuff in it to clog.

Ok if you have a small dog
I really tried to make this fountain work for my needs. I have 3 large dogs that chewed the plastic off of the last fountain, so i was looking for a ceramic fountain that holds a lot of water. This fountain leaks if my dog touches it, and it makes noise when it is 1/2 way full. It was so awful that i had to return it. Very sad

Died after a week
Died after a week of using it 12 hours a day. Will be returning it to the store. Very disappointed. Stay away
