I haven't even received the item and I already regret ordering it. This is the only item out of five items in my order that is shipping separately and requires a signature. For a $25 item why? I'm never home so it's now been attempted to be delivered like four times and it constantly keeps rescheduling it yet there's no slip of paper outside my door saying they tried to deliver it. I finally had to make an account with UPS unordered to electronically sign it. Thank God I even checked my email since they don't leave you anything outside your door and if you're not checking your emails you just may never get your item ever. So now it was deferred till tomorrow/tues for a 5th attempt at delivering it. yet 2 hours later a new email now says it's coming saturday. This is insane! I placed my order over a week ago all my other items came except this stupid item I'll never buy anything from this brand from Petco ever again. And also all my items in my order that ship separately were completely destroyed because whatever Geniuses work in the warehouse is decided to put a snow globe in a plastic freaking bag. I can't wait to receive this item just so I can go return it. I've already bought it elsewhere because this is insane
