A family fave!

I’ve had this fountain for quite some time now and I have 0 complaints. It’s a decent size, it’s easy to clean, it’s quiet. Filters are easy to replace. Both my cats and dogs love it, Linus especially.

Great, while it lasts ….. or not
It was a great product at FIRST! bought March 2025 and now in September 2025 it has completely stopped working. i bought the correct filters, regularly clean it and this still happened. now i am very flustered because i mostlikey have to buy them a new cat fountain :((( very discouraging because this was the first cat fountain my fur babies weren’t afraid of.

It's very likely this can be resolved right away with a few quick troubleshooting steps. <br /><br />Though you have recently cleaned your fountain, please disassemble your fountain, and disassemble the pump itself into four pieces following the directions in your manual. Once this is done, even if you've done so recently, scrub all four pieces of the pump thoroughly under warm water with soap, particularly the cavity where the magnet rests inside the pump. Once this is done, add a dab of food safe oil (olive oil, etc.) to the white propeller blades of the last removeable piece, fully reassemble the pump, fully immerse it in water, and plug it in. It should come on right away. If it does not, please have a clear picture or screenshot of your receipt or order record with you and reach out to our live support team. <br /><br />Our number is 1-800-732-2677, and our hours are Monday through Friday 8 A.M.- 7 P.M. EST.

Easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy cleaning. Water capacity could have more but all in all it kept my dogs happy and hydrated. No real complaints here. Loved that it was quiet.

Self-protecting fountain
I've tried several different pet fountains over the past few years. This one works more efficiently and lights up to tell you when water is low -- which saves it from death by dehydration, a valuable attribute!

Not worth the money
This water fountain was great while it was working properly but after about 3 months the pump was just not working anymore. Even with regular cleaning and the provided filter the pump because to gunked up to pump water.
I might also add it was a pain to clean.
At $25, I just don't think it is worth it, you can get something off of Amazon for cheaper that will last you just as long if not longer.

Leaks
Leaks, I'm not sure if it's leaking from a seam or if the water circulation system is too strong and causing overflow but there is a constant puddle of water around this fountain.
No, I do not recommend this product.

It is important to mention that often when a fountain seems at first to be leaking, the root cause is determined to be pets energetically drinking, playing in the water stream, splashing, or bumping the fountain. To test your fountain for any leaking, we would recommend testing it for at least 2-4 hours in a location where your pets will not have access to it. If the area around the fountain remains dry and free of any indication of leaking after this test, this would indicate the water occurring around the fountain area is not the result of a leak. <br /><br />If this test does show signs of leaking, please get in touch with our live support team! How do you find the filters to reorder??? Website advertises a subscription and product instructs you need them, but I can find them anywhere.
