The vibration safely and effectively gets your pet's attention. The remote is easy to use with an advanced digital display that tells you exactly which level of vibration you're using. CAUTION: Read the Operating Guide. DO NOT attach a leash to the Remote Training Collar. You may put a separate nonmetallic collar on your dog's neck or use a harness for attaching a leash while using this collar. NEVER leave the collar on your dog for more than 12 consecutive hours. ATTENTION: For comfort, safety and effectiveness of this product, please ensure that you check the fit of your pet's collar frequently. The Guide for this product describes proper collar fitting. Can this collar vibrate without the remote?
- No. Aldo don’t wast your $. It worked for about two days in that my dog was surprised at the vibration and stopped digging or whatever behavior I wanted to correct. After that she didn’t care and seemed not to even be aware of it.

Can two collars be used with one remote?

My dog is 7.5 lbs, will this hurt her if I don’t use the higher levels of vibration? I need something to teach her not to run on the road, but your product is only for 8lbs…she is so close.
- Thank you for this question! This remote trainer offers 16 levels of vibration. This correction is similar to the vibration of a cell phone and regardless of the strength of the vibration, will not cause your pet harm. This remote trainer is recommended for dogs 8 pounds and larger as it may be cumbersome or awkward for dogs below 8 pounds.

Does this collar have prongs? The photo does not show the back side of the collar/receiver.
- Thank you for your question! Yes, the Vibration Dog Training Collar has probes, but the tips are wider and more rounded since direct skin contact is not as important with the vibration correction as it is with the static type remote trainers.

Since there is no shock why would you not use it on a 5 lb dog?

My dog is only 5 lbs, you say they should be 8lbs at least... where do I find something like this for a smaller weight?

I have a 6 month old coonhound. Not so much barking but I need to enforce obedience training. Since she is still developing in size and her hearing, I do not want to hurt her ears. Do you sell a "VIBRATE ONLY" collar? This is what I would prefer

I am hoping to rescue a deaf dog (small, less than 25 pounds). I would like to know what type of vibrating training collar would be appropriate. This would be used for getting the dog's attention so it would be able to see my hand signals.

I'm worried about my dog Ike. He hates other dogs and is hard to train. I think some of the reason behind this is that when he was a puppy he got attacked by a dog and he got injured. We tried taking him to a place where he could train with other dogs but we got kicked out because he would bark at the dogs and get really stressed. He is a little over weight because he is a border collie and a aussie mix and he has tons of energy but we can't let him out. Is there any advice?

I recently adopted a 2 1/2 year old chihuahua. She was happy and smart AND didn’t bark. After Three months with us she is starting to bark at people when they come over. She has also started barking at people on the street during our walk. She was foster at a home with lots of little kids and large dogs. Have a spunky new rescue chihuahua mix and she is skittish. So much so she will resist any efforts to trim her nails. We have 4 dogs so I have trimmed nails hundreds of times--but with Ricki Ricardo, no luck. I sit on the floor and flip them over and cradle them between my legs. My wife distracts them with peanut butter on a spoon. Besides going to a groomer or vet, any ideas? I thought maybe a groomer table might help. Are there premium nail cutters of higher quality than store bought?
How would I know if my dog is tone deaf? Our current trainer said that’s a possibility but never gave us anymore information about it.

My dog Zeus has recently developed a fear over getting his claws clipped, I have tried restraining and also letting him come to me on his own but he is just to afraid. I have contacted the local veterinarian hospital and they want to charge over $200. I have some training in veterinary assistance and am fully capable of trimming his nails myself. Is there an at home medication I can give him to do this myself? He is about 85 pounds. I also already have trazadone if that is a suggestion.
