Easy and Effective
This has kept our dogs safe in our country yard for many years. Easy set up and easy for our labradors to understand boundaries quickly. One of them needs a low setting and one needs a higher setting and it’s easy to adjust.

Bought this on 5/2/24 and I was surprised it's missing the charger cord for the collar. The plug is there but cord missing.
For that reason I haven't set it up yet.
Hopefully it does the job.

So far I love this thing, my dogs were already on a remote beep and shock e collar but I had to control it by hand. They were already trained to the noise and light shock, and this makes it hands free, great for dogs who like to just hang out outside but roam off. Quick correction they’re back on your property. Awesome product excited for the future.

Poor Coverage
We bought this hoping our new Golden Retriever could be kept safely in out back yard. What we found are that there are areas that we were not able to cover regardless of where we placed the unit. I would not recommend this product to be secure enough to insure the safety of your pet.

Still learning
System was easy to set up., but takes trial and error to identify perimeter of containment area. Puppy responded well, then collar receiver stopped working. Replacement from PetSafe was smooth, but puppy had to start over. He has learned if he runs fast through the barrier, it doesn’t hurt, so often leaves the containment area if he sees me outside it. Still alert to the sound warning and turns away. I wish there was a handheld receiver (other than the collar) to identify perimeter. Also wish collar receiver was smaller

Pet Safe wireless Fence
It WORKS, we tried a few other wireless fences but none of them worked! Either the collar did not work correctly or the transmitter did not go far enough!
We spent a little more money on this Petsafe unit but it is worth it! It truly works and works well!
