[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for free from Influenster and petsafe in exchange for non-review. So originally, I had a review for this and I guess they took it down. At first, I was enamored by this. There was no smell, everyone said that the lavender litter was better than the blue one so I started buying the lavender one and it is so much better. But when the box got up to 199 which is how many times it’s raked the litter it stops working. There’s a QR code on the back of the cardboard box and I was refilling the cardboard box so that I didn’t have to buy another one, but it stops working after 199 and it will not work no matter how many times you turn it on or off. So then I bought the metal reusable one and it doesn’t recognize it. So now I have to keep buying the pet safe litter trays every 2 months. I haven’t bought a new cardboard box. I don’t even know if it’s going to work, but there is no troubleshooting. You have to change the box. So if you’re willing to risk buying it and having it stop working at 199 go for it as it is a nice litter box after all, but as of now it’s not working for me.
