The waste disposal is subpar best I got very excited because it was an electronic unit and the bottom of it is just a cardboard that you might need to keep replacing. I don’t mind replacing bags or anything like that, but when you have a big cat and if it peas that much it’s going right through the cardboard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 cats and the constant need to scoop litter is such a hassle. I absolutely love not having to worry about scooping and adding litter everyday. The litter adds the benefit of deodorizing as well as clumping the waste. The litter box has sensors which makes it so helpful for it to know when it needs to collect the waste. The noise level I can’t even hear, I just switch out the litter trays in about a week since I have 2 cats. My cats have had no issue using the litter box. I also appreciate since the litter is a specialized formula it doesn’t track throughout the floor. Also, my cats were very amused by the box it came in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The self cleaning litter box took some time for my cats to get used to. They typically use a clay litter, so the crystal type was a big change. One of my cats is scared of everything, so he does not trust that this makes sounds, which are quieter than I had expected. With multiple cats, we do need to empty waste container every day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My two skittish cats went from using a traditional plastic litter box to this self-cleaning model without any issue. The box is very quiet, even when the rake is in use. Initially, I thought the litter box would be too small for my 10 and 11 pound cats to use comfortably, but they seem content with its size. When I first introduced this box to my cats, I made sure to leave out their existing one until I was certain things were acceptable. I think this a key step in the process that should not be overlooked. I love that the box’s countdown timer to clean is 20 minutes. Gives plenty of time so it won’t scare the cats. Very impressed, overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's so nice not having to scoop up after my cat. She's still getting used to this after 15 years of the traditional litterbox, but quickly getting used to it. The crystals are good with odor control and the noise isn't bad. Setup was easy and maintenance doesn't look difficult. Much cheaper option and space efficient than the LitterGenie. A couple of cons- -wish the tray was a little deeper or bigger..or maybe I just need to add more of the litter crystals -The refills are a bit expensive.

The PetSafe ScoopFree Crystal Classic Self Cleaning Litter Box is life changing! I will never scoop a filthy litter box again. The technology behind the crystal litter is simply magic. Nearly three weeks went by, and there was zero odor or color change -- the litter looked just as fresh as it did the day I put it in the cat's litter box! The ScoopFree crystal litter is literally dust free, and one bag lasts up to a solid month. Setting up the litter box was a breeze, and the disposable tray at the bottom comes with a lid, making it easy to cover up and toss away soiled litter. The odor control is unbelievable. I forget I even have a litter box in the house. Refill trays can be somewhat pricey depending on your budget; however, you save so much money in litter changes. You also don't have odor, dust everywhere, or have to scoop! In my opinion, it's well worth it!

It is very large compared to other boxes I t cleans well so that save it. It’s relatively quiet while running. Odor was definitely down but i am not a fan of the disposable tray i think there could have been a liner with a sturdy drawer instead of replacing the drawer, so it feels more wasteful than traditional but if you want hands off then this one could be for you i however don’t mind having a little extra work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it’s a nice box and the clearing works well and it’s really loud like some other boxes. With the no cover design it’s better for small spaces and easy to add littler and clean. My cats are still skeptical of the Crystal litter but are coming around to it and using. I haven’t noticed any strong smells which is nice too. Only downside is the disposal area is pretty small. It would probably work best for a single smaller cat otherwise would need to be emptied by hand or would get very pricey. The crystal litter is also more money than the other types .
