[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little box was perfect for poop. I’m used to clumping litter so the pee more so absorbing rather than clumping was a change. It is convenient just to dump a whole tray over scooping a box, however, my cats poop sometimes got stuck in the rake. Overall, I think it’s a great addition to our litter boxes.

However, the raker sometimes fails. The trays get expensive, really expensive, the litter saturates, and I worry about long-term durability.

I ended up going with 3 because I do think it’s a great option for people who don’t have time (or just can’t) scoop a litter box every day, and who don’t mind spending extra on the replacement trays…they’re seriously expensive. One thing I really liked is that it feels safe. The box doesn’t start cleaning right after the cat uses it, it waits around 20 minutes, which I think is great because it avoids scaring them or causing any accidents. Now, what I didn’t love: the crystal litter doesn’t clump, so the pee just stays there and builds up kind of fast, especially with multiple cats. The rake doesn’t always push everything where it’s supposed to go. Once, a little poop got stuck and instead of ending up in the waste compartment, it went to the other side, and I had to fish it out by hand. The box is also really low and small, so sometimes my cats pee a bit outside or splash. It just feels a bit cramped for them. And I noticed that sometimes clean litter gets pushed into the waste area too, which feels like a waste. All in all, it’s super convenient and does make life easier in some ways, but with multiple cats, it’s not perfect and definitely not the most budget-friendly option

My cat seemed to love it more than the old boxes I like that it fits in the corner of the room, and I don’t have to worry about it unless I’m cleaning the tray

I would recommend giving it a try, it's easy to set up and works quietly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Only issue is my bathroom doesn’t have a plug in for it so I am trying to solve that problem. Found the replacement order trays easy enough, a little pricey but worth it not to scoop a traditional box.

I bought this product two months ago and it is absolutely horrible. The rake gets stuck halfway all the time and I have the kitty litter at the correct level. I’m trying to get support for it but I haven’t heard back from anybody.
