So my puppy chews her fencing of her dog run. A high respected trainer recommended a remote stem collar, as it isn’t SA as she doesn’t care about me when she comes out just wants to sniff and play outside, so what I’m going to do is have someone leave in a car and stay and if she chews the run she gets a stem, the trainer said she trained a few dogs with same issue and fixed within a week -2. I got Esky Dog Shock collar a good brand? Is this mean? I think it’s crueler to let her break her teeth

Hi there. Rescued chocolate lab used as a breeding dog. She was never potty trained. I guess kept outside in a large cage. People shouldbe jailed... Have tried rewarding ect. The normal methods. Very good dog now has big yard. Choosing to bathroom in house on carpet of course. willing to try anything to work through this. Any recommendations or tricks? Tried treats, praising. Not sure what else besides trainer (expensive) but not out of question.
We recently got an electronic doggie door. While we are training them we have it set to unlocked. Our 50-pound lab mix has pretty much figured it out. However we also have midna the Chiweenie she is scared of the door I think so because we had to buy it says for the bigger dog and every time she considers going through right after Sarah it smacks her in the face. I’m getting very frustrated. I taught him how to use puppy pads, then I taught him to go to the door to tell me when he needs to potty, ever since he started lifting his leg, he just goes where he pleases & I correct him several times a day but still does it. He potties outside very nicely. I tried turfs, sprays & more but he will wants the puppy pads& I took those away long ago. I even trained my female and she uses the brilliant pad. He looks me straight in the face too. He’s too old for this.
