I bought the screen door on April 2021, when I had a sheltie, now I have a 2 year old sheltie and I have loved the door. Now I’m moving into a new place and I need a new one for my home.

I give this pet door five stars because it's perfect for small dogs and cats to come and go at will. They will occasionally hit it hard enough to either jar it loose or break the small hinge pins for the swinging door. I've learned to add screws to the frame while installing which eliminates the frame problem. As for the hinge pins, they can't be altered or repaired, so I order two or three door kits at a time. They are inexpensive enough that it's no real burden to keep spares on hand. Petco is awesome to work with, so I give them five stars as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is fantastic! My 3 medium sized dogs use this daily to go out onto the back porch. It’s able to be locked as well so they can’t get out without permission. Very easy to install as well!!!

I have 2 mini schnauzers that fly through this as if it wasn't even there. We broke a screen and a door due to opening the screen just as the dogs flew through. It caught on the slider as it was swinging. Our fault. I reinforced the frame with 4 screws as the frame just pops together and frequently will become loose without the screws. After breaking the door I ordered 2 more as they're inexpensive and easy to install.

This is the 2nd pet screen door I have purchased this year and both of them have broke where the screws go through. I really like this door but feel they should last longer than a couple months. If they would upgrade the frames to make it stronger this would be a winner.

You just have to cut out a spot big enough for the door to fit. Other than that it works perfect. Has a lock feature so we can lock it. Which I love so nothing tries to get in and out at night.
