I bought this 3 month ago. My two cats love it. And they are drinking water all the time. This is the best for keeping them healthy

Love this fountain. Was a snap to put together and use within minutes. It's super quiet (except for the low, gentle sound of the water bubbling, which I find soothing). My dog and cats love it - took to it immediately and definitely seem to prefer running water to standing. The blue LED indicator acts as a nightlight in the dark and accurately turns red when the water level is low. It reverts to blue when I top off the supply. Great purchase.

I have purchased 3 fountains prior to this one, the "Outlast" is by far superior to the others! the fountain was extremely easy to assembly and use. My 2 cats took to it immediately. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

We bought it in December and it just quit working last night and leaked all the water on the kitchen floor. Will not be buying another as it doesn't last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this! Keeps the water kind of cool throughout the day! The blue light allows you to know everything g is working smoothly. And if it’s flashing red, or solid red, something is going on and needs to be fixed. Whether it’s a part in wrong, needs a cleaning or whatever it may be. I’ve had a few moments where it flashed red. Once was cause it needed a cleaning, another time I cleaned it and it was still red, so I left it unplugged for a day or 2 and now works smoothly again! Definitely recommend for your furry friend!

After a month not sure if this was my best option. I like that it is quite and pumpless. I have 8 cats and have to clean it at least weekly and change the filter going longer it becomes slimy and the filter cannot just be rinsed off. The cats don't like the short frop of water their isn’t room for them to get their heads undrr it like they could with the old one.

I have used cat fountains in the past and they all had pumps. Even if they the manufacturer tried to make it as quiet as possible, it'd still have a sound. I got this 3 weeks ago and it has been the best purchase I've made. My cat wasn't drinking and was often rushing to the kitchen sink for a drink. I bought this after seeing the faucet-like spout with a bowl at the bottom. I did as instructed (SUPER EASY SET UP) and plugged it in. My cat has never been happier and there is no sound except for the water, acting like a white noise machine for relaxation. The engineer who designed this deserves so much praise! The way it works is using a cone in a cylinder and spinning the cone around causing the water to rise until it spills out of the faucet. They also added a nob below the faucet so the water doesn't splash and gently goes into the bowl. I also LOVE the indicator light they installed in it. It glows blue all the time when the water is at a good capacity, but the moment the water starts to get even a little low the light will turn red and stay red until you refill to the amount it's happy with. It is so simple and easy to assemble/disassemble that it can't even be considered assembling at all!!!! This is a miracle cat drinking fountain and it has saved me sleepless nights from my unhappy kitty. Thank you PetSafe!!!!! This design is the best I could have asked for.
