Never could get it to work correctly. The red light kept blinking, shutting it down. We would do everything it said to do, and again, the red light would start blinking, and shut it down again. Returning it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this! Keeps the water kind of cool throughout the day! The blue light allows you to know everything g is working smoothly. And if it’s flashing red, or solid red, something is going on and needs to be fixed. Whether it’s a part in wrong, needs a cleaning or whatever it may be. I’ve had a few moments where it flashed red. Once was cause it needed a cleaning, another time I cleaned it and it was still red, so I left it unplugged for a day or 2 and now works smoothly again! Definitely recommend for your furry friend!

The light started flashing red and it stopped working after only 3 weeks. I called the company and got a new motor, but that didn't last either.

My cats love it! They cannot get enough of drinking from this fountain as opposed from their old stagnant water bowls.

Best fountain I’ve ever purchased. Didn’t get slimy and my cat drinks from this one . The filters are more affordable than petlibru and the light adds a nice touch to the fountain at night. Has good water flow too. Automatically slows down at night.

It hasn't even been a month. Blue light blinking I didn't have a new filter so I cleaned it. Wouldn't stop blinking red or staying solid red. I kept trying to reset it. Now it doesn't even turn.
