I recently adopted a 2 1/2 year old chihuahua. She was happy and smart AND didn’t bark. After Three months with us she is starting to bark at people when they come over. I think my 7 month old puppy has separation anxiety. He never barks at anything, expect when we need to crate him when we leave the house. We have set up a camera to watch and hear him, and he howls/barks off and on all day. We live in a townhouse and our neighbour's have already complained.
