Works great for about a year
The collars seem to last forever. The box stops working after about a year. I've went through 2 boxes now and they seem to short out around the one year mark. Other than that it works great

No headaches
Excellent! This is my second collar purchased for dog number 2.I now have peace of mind knowing my dog stays within a designated area!! Humorously , prior to getting another collar, I swapped collars and put the one with the perimeter sensor on my new dog. I put another collar on the first dog, who was oblivious to that fact and he stayed also within the designated area!! Awesome!!

Good collar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently tried out this wireless fence collar, and it was decent. We have issues with the range, but overall, it's not bad. My dog isn't a fan of wearing the collar, so that's still a work in progress. The collar itself though is pretty strong and easy to adjust.

Love this brand!
We have had the same unit since 2021 and only last month had to replace the collar. The new collar was a seemless transition. So thankful for this product to keep our Lady Bealle safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] trying this out with my boy! he’s still adjusting to it which is why he’s still on a leash, but it doesn’t seem to be bothering him at all. we’re trying to take it slow, and the battery has lasted us pretty well throughout the trial period. he really doesn’t walk off like that, so we haven’t gotten to test the range. i will say though, for the price point i would think it’d be a little more visually appealing or have some color options. i also somehow immediately ripped(?) a piece of the collar and i have to fix that or email about it so that was a little downside too.

i have a pet safe collar and sometimes it will shock when off

If what you have experienced is the collar activating when the transmitter that plugs in to the house and has the boundary dial and at least one light is powered off, this would be normal. Wireless collars activate when they lose signal. When the transmitter is powered off, the signal stops being emitted, so the collar will naturally activate when the signal stops. For this reason it is crucial to always remove the collar from your pet before powering off the system; this information is included within your manual. We do apologize for any confusion. - Thank you for your great question. The receiver collar does not dictate the maximum range of the Wireless Fence, and this is an additional receiver collar. The range will depend on the fence transmitter you use it with.

Will this work with an Invisible fence system?
- It definitely works with a Petsafe branded in-ground invisible fence. Not sure about Invisible Fence branded systems.

- Thank you for your question. These receiver collars are only compatible with PetSafe brand Wireless Fence systems. They are not compatible with any Invisible Fence Brand systems.

After 15 years of keeping my dog safely in her boundaries, the plastic snap on her collar has broken. Is the nylon collar alone sold separately without having to get a new receiver?

hello I have the wireless system for my 2 dogs for many years . Im very happy with the system. and now I have a puppy of 3 months old , I want to know when is the best moment to train him and wear a collar. Should I get the small one. Thank you.
- Thank you for your question! We recommend waiting to train your puppy until he is 6 months of age, or until he is able to understand and respond consistently to basic commands. This ensures that he understands the concept of the perimeter area. In regards to which collar size, this collar is suitable for pets 8 pounds and up.
