[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] trying this out with my boy! he’s still adjusting to it which is why he’s still on a leash, but it doesn’t seem to be bothering him at all. we’re trying to take it slow, and the battery has lasted us pretty well throughout the trial period. he really doesn’t walk off like that, so we haven’t gotten to test the range. i will say though, for the price point i would think it’d be a little more visually appealing or have some color options. i also somehow immediately ripped(?) a piece of the collar and i have to fix that or email about it so that was a little downside too.

She gets really excited when she sees the neighbors so having something to help contain her or keep her nearby is very helpful. The collar is very large and fits securely around her neck.

It fits comfiest on dogs with necks between 6 & 28 inches. It's seems to be quite durable due to the thickness. The battery is a 6V lithium, so it will likely last a while. This is a collar only & not the whole system!

Thank you for your great question. The receiver collar does not dictate the maximum range of the Wireless Fence, and this is an additional receiver collar. The range will depend on the fence transmitter you use it with.

Thank you for your question. These receiver collars are only compatible with PetSafe brand Wireless Fence systems. They are not compatible with any Invisible Fence Brand systems.

Thank you for your question! We recommend waiting to train your puppy until he is 6 months of age, or until he is able to understand and respond consistently to basic commands. This ensures that he understands the concept of the perimeter area. In regards to which collar size, this collar is suitable for pets 8 pounds and up.

Great question, Deb! This button is used to adjust the stimulation level on your collar. All you have to do is press the button on the collar and release. Count the flashes that happen after you release the button, this is the number level you are currently on. If you want to move the level up, press the button once more and release after the initial flashes stop. This bumps you to the next level. Continue this until you are at the desired level.
