[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried to build it and it didnt work one piece didnt fit. I wouldnt get again, cant even give a review on water fountain. I had high expectations for this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PetSafe 2 gallon fountain is a nice addition to my pet supplies. My cat loves it and enjoys drinking out of it. One of the best cat fountains I have tried. The durability is good, but it's plastic. The noise level is not loud and it is easy to clean. I have purchased other fountains that have too many parts which made it difficult to clean. This PetSafe fountain has less parts which makes it less of a hassle to clean. The water capacity is enough for one or two cats, but any more than that you'll need another fountain.

We’ve always used petsafe fountains for our animals! Recently bought this one and after a few days of cleaning it… the water stops flowing on the plastic nub, hits just behind it, and becomes super loud! I clean it again and everything is fine and then a few days later it gets loud again! It’s as if you all should make it a slide where the water hits and flows into the bowl helping cancel the sound! Is there a way to prevent this? I almost regret getting this upgrade and kept the old model. The only thing with that is the old was a PITA to clean out! This is easier.

Our senior dog Max was a bit hesitant at first to approach the fountain, but once we left him alone he started to approach it by himself! It’s a cute little fountain to keep in the living room.

Where can I get the pump only? Mine stopped working and it hasn't even been a year.

Before you give up, take it apart and get the tiny little propeller out and clean out the gunk underneath. You have to be persistent and first take off the blue pieces, then gently pry up the propeller with a small screwdriver or something. The might be hair or gunk keeping it from spinning.

I'm looking to get a new fountain for my 2 dogs. One dog is ~ 30 lbs the other about ~60 lbs and occasionally we have a 17 lbs dog come stay with us. Would it be better to get the 2 gallon size or the 1 gallon sized fountain?
