I bought it two weeks ago, and the buckle comes loose, and he immediately paws it off, but I don’t blame him, the corner of the Velcro is hard and pokes against his snout. Terrible.

Who ever came up with the idea of only having one strap and a Velcro across the nose (come on)has poor judgment and didn’t do enough R&D. I’ve tried seeing if they can’t remove the muzzle , they aren’t escape artist but they sure can get out of that.

I have a Chihuahua that I am trying to use this product on and he is able to remove it from his snout. I purchased the small and it seems to not fit him at all

Though these muzzles can be tightened, as with any muzzle with a sliding strap they can be affected by clawing/pawing, so it is crucial to prevent pawing while the muzzle is worn. Did not last for more than 30 mins. Dog chewed it right up.

Though these muzzles are sturdy and function well for their purpose when used as intended, just as with any material they can be damaged by determined force. As muzzles should only be used when dogs are closely monitored, we would recommend immediately redirecting any attempts to paw the muzzle off, or sizing down if the muzzle is large enough to be chewed during wear without clawing it off. I just bought this so the vet techs at our clinic would feel safer at my boxer next appointment as soon as I put it on he popped right out of it

This muzzle design is not safe for extended wear, and marketing a muzzle in this way is just wrong. A muzzle should never ever be used to prevent or inhibit barking, and should always provide room for a full range of jaw motion. A proper fitting basket muzzle is an excellent safety tool when used with a well thought out behavior modification protocol, but this style of muzzle doesn't even provide adequate panting room for a visit to the vet or groomer.

I bought this for my reactive dog and it’s doesn’t even work he can get it right off. I thought this would help me feel safe while working on his behavior but it didn’t. It’s a waste of money.
