My 4 month old puppy has a really thin soft collar around her neck and she still shuts down when wearing it. Basically she won't even move and just stares. We adore our rescue dog and I love to take him on walks but although he’s great with people, he’s very unpredictable with other dogs and he’s extremely prey driven. So much that my 13 year old can’t cntril him if he sees a cat or bunny or something.
