    Hello. That is a great question! I will be more than happy to help you with this. Based on the weight of your pet they would fall in the small size category. However, we understand that not all pups are "made the same", so depending on the size and measurements he/she may still fit into an X-Small. Here are the measurements for both sizes to better assist you in making your decision. XS= Weight: 5-10lbs, Back Length: 6-9", Chest Girth 12-16" S= Weight: 10-25lbs, Back Length: 9-12", Chest Girth: 16-20" We hope this helps!

    For a 25/30 pound dog we usually suggest a medium but it also depends on the back length and chest girth as well. For a back length of 14-18 and a chest girth of 15-20 inches we suggest a medium.
