It's about 30lbs, so it's got some weight to it but I can still move it around with no problem. That means you can give your cats a change of scenery but also not be concerned about it tipping over! It was also very easy to assemble, only taking me about 25 minutes by myself.

The top section is big enough for both of them to fit inside. There are two scratching pads on it which are both holding up quite well for the amount of damage our kittens have tried to do to them.
