My kitten likes to scratch my wooden chair, doors, and occasionally the door frames. I bought her a wooden cat scratcher with catnip and all she does is bite, sleeps, and lays on it. Do you have any recommendations on what would be a good scratching post? Sisal rope, Sisal carpet, and etc?
My cat is super active at night for a few days, she keeps scratching the sofa and running around. She is spayed. We have two scratching cardboards and a cat tree for her. We just moved to a new apartment for 3 weeks and she seems accommodating quite well for the new environment.
My cats chew and shred paper and cardboard incessantly. Help!
Will my 6 month old kitten grow out of playing in her litter box? It's so unsanitary. We got her a tower recently that she doesn't even touch, plus lots of boxes for her to play in. How can I get her to use cat tower more? Feliway doesn't seem to work.
My cat refuses to walk on the carpet. She will climb other structures like tables and such to avoid the carpet. Why is that?
Are these catnip wooden cat chew sticks safe for cats
Hello, I have a cat (Elliot) about a year and some months old , I got him from Petco actually. He has destroyed all my furniture and keeps on breaking more with his nails I do have about 3 scratch poles for him yet, he keeps on scratching everything; even after I cut his nails, he keeps on making things worst. Would it be better to remove his nails? Cause other wise I will have to give him back to a shelter, which I really wouldn't want to do. Thanks in advance Gus N.
Cat having trouble pooping, less active than usual, dry nose, some vomiting, may have eaten some xmas tree
Hello! I just adopted a caat, he's 4 years and have an allergy problem but nothing else. I suppose is nothing (as he arrive now he's probebly still adapting) but he doesn't play, or use the scratching post, or his bed... he just lays down all day not doing anything. Apart from that, he's taking prednicare tables (for the allergy) and we were told it was injection option, how that would work? Thank you so much, Marta Nores
My white long haired cat she has been scratching around her head and neck till she has bloody scabs and pulling at her hair on her legs. I have changed her food to grain free she is on a flea pill, bought three different medicated shampoos etc at pet store. Changed kitty litter she still Won't stop
My cat ate 10 leaf of madagascar palm today morning.she ate 3 or 4 yesterday and 2 days ago but she seemed fine.today that she ate 10 she didn't vomit but she lost appetite and hasn't gone to bathroom for poo or urinate since morning and I'm not sure but I THINK she is a little low.now it's 5 pm.is it poisoning symptoms?
Seems the be overly aggressive lately. Scratching, biting, climbing up my legs, fake crying and attacking when I investigate the crying, sulking away even when offered treats, bouncing off the walls. She has a cat tree, tons of various toys, and feed well, but still destroying my apt while I'm at work. Agression seems excessive from normal 3 month behavior from what I read.
