My 15 yr old miniature poodle has arthritis. After injuring another back leg, she cannot use her back legs to hold her self up-not even to pee or defecate. She just lays there peeing while laying in it. No poop 6-25. So,are her lower body issues contributing to her inability to push her waste out? She is on Lasic for heart failure, blood pressure medicine, Vetmeden and a new anti-inflammatory. She saw a vet last week, but she could kinda walk & poop. Is She is crying & miserable! Time to end it?

I haven't taken to the vet yet because it's good for awhile , then she has one bad day then back to good . But I was looking into a hip joint supplement and was wondering if that is something I can give her without consulting my vet ? Thanks
