I called immediately after purchase to Cancel the purchase. Spoke to CS who said purchase would be cancelled assured. I ask for conf # but CS said had to send to another dept who would follow up w email confirmation. CS scammed me, I believe item stilled shipped. Bought a PP so they are following up. Either send me refund or authorize return through local Petco. CS deceitful practices👎.

The crate is great, sturdy, easy to put together. Communication and delivery not very good. I had to contact multiple times and very poor responds.

Paid for crates and priority shipping. Still have not received crates, information as to where they areorcwhen theyxwill be ahipped.

Extremely disappointed - we bought this crate 5 days ago and my 6 month old puppy was able to escape. It has only been used 3 times. He chewed through the plastic around the springs for the door lock and was easily able to open his door from the inside. Total waste of money

Bought a large (#400) for flying between California & Hawaii for my 50 pound mixed female. I like the crate but she hates flying alone in the plane’s hold (she is clingy and anxious). During the 2nd flight (going east) she bent one wire vent VERY SLIGHTLY, noticeable only on close inspection. During the latest trip west, she made a face-sized hole by chewing and bending the rear plastic vent. Will use aids of some kind for future flights (and car sickness). Meanwhile, can I buy a replacement top instead of a whole new crate??????

Bought this kennel (large #400) in fall of 2021 for flying back & forth from California to Hawaii. I like it, but my 50 pound female doesn’t like it. She chewed a face-sized hole in rear vent off the top half, while in the plane hold for the 5-hour flight. She bent the plastic back after tearing it. Previously she had slightly bent the metal side vent; only noticed on close inspection. Need to fly back to CA in a few months. I’ve heard about HEAVY expensive metal crates. Can I buy just a top to replace the damaged one????

I purchased a "you and me" brand previously and wanted the same thing, but it didn't look like you had one. I purchased this one. I am disappointed in the quality of it, especially the door. The door is not very heavy and very cheaply made. I would NEVER trust this crate on a plan either. I had hoped for much better quality for the price that I paid.

Damaged in shipment; not boxed well protect product; needs to be bubble wrapped or padded first.
