We bought this a few weeks ago and have not gotten it to work. We’ve tried filling it multiple ways and it just overflows out of the bottom any time we put the canister back on the bowl. We’ve made sure the little black piece it came with is in place and it still does not work.

I bought this to replace the blue one I had. The blue one had teeth marks from a foster dog and my new kitten has bad kitty acne so I didn't want her scraping her chin anymore than she had to. I will say the gray is much better than the blue. It actually comes out slowly how it is supposed to. I experienced the same thing with my dogs 5 gallon jug. I really like the petmate water jugs because they are easy to clean and have replaceable filters. In a multipet household I want to make sure everything gets cleaned routinely.

Just the right size for my cat and the subdued color was acceptable to him. He doesn't like strange colors or images.

Okays sO I was going to buy a fountain but I found this instead and my cats love it so much! 10/10 and now they rarely run out of water without me noticing!!!

Perfect size for our cat. She likes it and the filtering makes is extra fancy. Works great!

Great size for the cats! I was surprised that it has a carbon filter...I guess I missed that part in the description.
