Emma's had GI issues; tried raising her food bowl and this seemed to make a difference. Bowl was raised from the floor to ~12" off the floor. Emma is ~18" tall. Does the height of a dogs food bowl matter?
Raised dog feeding stands, good or bad for large breed dogs?
I just bought my dog a new food bowl. this is one is elevated since she is getting taller and it’s the perfect height for her . But she’s gone over to the bowl a few times since it’s her feeding time and she keeps prancing and whimpering really loud at the bowl.
Is it ok for my dog to lay while she's eating? I've raised the dish to her shoulder height and now she's sitting.
Hi, My 4 yr old labrador is not taking up any food for a week and also vomits thick white foam. We did some blood tests as advised by vet and it seems like he's suffering from megaesophagus. Unfortunately there's no place near us to take an X ray. Also I doubt if he had some plastic/pebble/or something in his stomach. For the last three days we been giving him IV drip. Still no progress and he's not taking any food. B/w we tried giving food in elevated position but still throwing up. Pls help.
My pet is eating is waste
I adopted a very overweight dog. I am working on weight management and she has lost some weight but I'm concerned as she gobbles her food down literally in a minute. I just bought the puzzle bowl but she can only reach one morsel at a time using her tongue as she is a big dog. This doesn't seem right either but I don't know. It definitely slowed her eating. Advice please.
My very large male cat has trouble getting intout his litter pan.. Do you know where I can get a large, very large pan?
70 lb mix breed with soft stool feeding him Hills I/D helps a little but still not normal
Hi. My name is Stella and I am a student from Glenbrook South high school. We are doing a research project about pet obesity and I would like some information on why pets are obese? And is it caused by free-feeding? What can we do to prevent it? What are yours onions about pet feeder technology.
Not sure what to do. Vet just says these are elevated. Giving fluids. Dog was throwing up but isn’t at this time, won’t eat dog food but tried a hamburger and he did eat that. Isn’t acting like his normal self. Lethargic but will still go outside to use bathroom.
My pet is a dog and his Stomach is Extend it
