Hi, my one year old cat got a new wool ball today and is seemingly obsessed with it. I am allergic to wool so she hasn't had access to it before, but with this new wool ball toy she won't let it go. She has been carrying it around in her mouth and chewing on it and some of the wool seems to be coming off and I'm afraid she may ingest it. I have taken it away from her for now but am wondering if these wool toys are safe or if the danger of her ingesting the wool is real cause for further concern.

Hi, We’ve gotten mindy a bunch of different toys for her and her sister to play with. They dont like any of them. So when we got a kitten and got him lots of toys mindy loved playing and chewing the cat toys. Gibbs my new 1yr old cat, he's familiar with the pink round platform ball trackor on the left. Because he had one to play with at the Northshore Animal League. At 1st he's would pounce the scratch not understanding he could scratch it as well, until I pour a little catnip on it..its organic, but wondering if it's alright brand?
