The tag was pulled out already when I received it and it was chirping in the box. So a used toy came and it stopped working almost immediately.

My cat loves this toy, but the bird does not sing? I paid $6.99 for this at PetCo in Muskegon. Was not offered a refund or new toy exchange. I recommend the toy-but will not shop at Petco again.
