Item worked for a week only. The motor runs but the screw on arm won't move. Request replacement.

For some reason my cat likes the pre-programmed random pattern of this motor more than any she’s had before. She turns into a kitten as soon as it’s turned on and jumps around, usually she’s very lazy and just sits and watches it. One thing, the included wand didn’t have nice feathers for the teaser, it was some extremely fine polyester troll doll hair which could easily snap off and get swallowed by her and cause GI problems, I swapped it out for an old wand from a previous petlinks toy I had lying around. So, plan ahead, you may want to purchase some feathers and string to DIY your own teaser after you cut off the polyester hair from the wand.

This has been a lifesaver. My cat is ON in the morning. So much so that I can't get anything done. When I really need relief I turn this on. It works every time. It just broke this morning and I am buying another right now. It lasted 2 years and saved all my brick a brak from destruction.
