Where do I buy a battery cover replacement?
Does this have an automatic turn off that it goes off after a certain time? My cat loves this but after a while it goes off. I just bought it today and has new batteries.
- I think so. Ours goes off automatically if we leave it on. It feels like maybe after 15-20 mins.

Is there a replacement wand because my cats remove the feathers.
- I’ve heard that there’s no replacement parts, but if you go to a craft store like Michael’s, you can buy a small bag of feathers that you could find a way to attach to the toy.

Just bought the electronic motion toy and my cats love it but it’ll stop running on its own. Is this suppose to happen ???
- Yes, the toy turns off after a certain amount of time, and unfortunately there is no motion sensor that will turn it back on if your kitty touches it. You need to manually turn it back on, unless your cat learns how to hit the button and turn it on themself haha

What are the measurements for "4 parts water and 1 part concentrate"?
- A "part" can be any measure, and you're going to measure 4 of them of water and one of the concentrate. A cup of concentrate plus 4 cups of water will overflow the usual 32 oz sprayer, so 6 oz of concentrate and 24 oz of water is really what you need.

For the Mystery Motion Cat toy. Can I buy a replacement for the feathered attachment? My cat has destroyed the one that came with it.
- You cannot buy a replacement wand or feather attachment. That is one of the very bad downsides of this toy.
