I just can't get my cat to use anything but the chair or carpet. This ramp is alright, but not quite as heavy as my cat would need to be able to scratch and not have it tip over.

Sadly, as nicely made as this product is, my cat won't go near it. When I saw how nice it was, I thought we hit gold, but she smelled it and left it. I just can't get her to use it.

Would this stay put on carpeted stairs? Trying to keep my cat from ruining the carpet on the stairs.

Depends on how firmly you need it to stay put. As long as it's still on a flat surface, it probably wouldn't move too much if the cat was just scratching on it. I have mine on a wood floor, and it doesn't really move unless I trip over it.

Unfortunately the Mix-n-Scratch system has been discontinued so replacement scratch surfaces are no longer available. Many apologies for the inconvenience.
